The Antidote - Suzanne Duckett

Suzanne Duckett

Founder & Contributor

Suzanne is a highly respected journalist who has written on beauty, health and wellbeing for many major titles including Sunday Times Style, Tatler, Vogue, The Telegraph and is Editor of the Tatler Spa Guide. Passionate and brilliant at getting to the heart of all sorts of beauty and wellbeing issues, Suzanne believes in prevention rather than cure and thinks we should be just as interested in what we put on our bodies as what we put in them.

Beatrice Aidin

Beatrice Aidin has only ever been freelance but longs to work in an office to steal from the stationery cupboard.  Saturday evening is incomplete without Come Dine with Me, a pleasure that she feels absolutely no guilt about watching. Keen on spinning, yoga and lots of Guerlain bronzer as well as Jo Loves White Rose & Lemon Leaves.

Sophie Benge - The Antidote contributor

Sophie Benge

Sophie road tests and writes from salons in Paris to saltmines in Poland in search of the novel, as well as her own sacral chakra. Her latest book, Healing Sources: Spas and Wellbeing from the Baltic to the Black Sea has led her to smoke saunas in Estonia and mud baths in Latvia. Mad for mud, she even sells her own: hungarymud. And she writes for Suzanne.
