Finding it hard to get fit and lose weight? According to Women’s Health magazine, shorter, high-intensity cardio sessions – aka HIIT – are key. In trials conducted by the University of Western Ontario, ‘carefully curated cardio’ is the way forward: 4-6, 30-second sprints burned more fat than a 60-minute steady-state cardio.
