Fabulous paleo-style turbot dish

I am loving this paleo-style turbot dish (filleted by my own fair hands) prepared with super-chef Thomas Rode in Denmark @rodentiletgodtilv The sublime, super-nutritious green sauce is essentially cabbage and beurre noisette blended together.
