Spring rev up

the Antidote to... winter skin

We’re moving away from florals towards a fresher, cleaner-cut spring rev up. Our hero products include bath oils from Germaine de Capuccini, made with lavender, sandalwood and ylang ylang and grapefruit-based Detox Infusion by Elemental Herbology, which helps to shift fluid retention and improve circulation for a slimmer spring.

Once soaking it’s time to whip out your Gold Collagen mask. Its cooling texture soothes and relaxes and, while it doesn’t banish wrinkles altogether, the mask does gives your skin a good moisture surge so you feel plumper (in the face) and renewed. Make daily dry body brushing a habit after bathing with the Cowshed walnut brush – a bit of DIY lymphatic draining evens both skin tone and texture for an all-over brighter, firmer body.

If you’re using the Elemic Biotec cleanser in the winter, double wash for a really clean feel. We found it’s much better in spring, when heavier foundations have usually been replaced with a lighter coverage tint. After you’ve prepped your skin, it’s time to get to grips with your Jade facial roller. First and foremost, roll outwards on the jawline away from your chin as this area is most prone to congestion. Then broadly sweep away from the nose area along your forehead, cheeks, throat and décolletage. You can even gently rock your roller across the sinus area to drain blockages – this dual-action roller detoxes your skin while curing your hay fever!

Elemis Biotec Skin Energising Cleanser, £30.50

Gold Collagen Hydrogel Mask, £19.99 for 4 masks

Cowshed Walnut Wood Dry Skin Brush, £16

Germaine de Capuccini Sperience Bath Oil, £29.20

Elemental Herbology Detox Bath Infusion, £20

Yu Ling Jade Facial Roller, £28
