This summer Virgin Active are offering two new tennis based group classes, so if you can’t make it to Wimbledon you can still get into the tennis spirit and burn some calories whilst doing it. Win-win. 

Cardio Tennis Extreme
The challenging Cardio Tennis Extreme is a one-hour class, based on the original Cardio Tennis class that’s on Virgin Active timetables. The class uses a smaller and quicker green ball that travels extra fast to test speed and agility. 

Short Tennis
A class that uses half the court but is twice the fun. Short Tennis is perfect for beginners, those with injuries or those who simply want to keep fit. The 45-minute class is the perfect taster to the game, played at a slower pace , thanks to a lighter foam ball and a smaller racquet resulting in new players being able to enjoy longer, more leisurely rallies.
